Nature of lease

Full Year Lease: Covers a 52 week period from an agreed date prior to semester start. They cannot be less than 52 weeks. Rent is paid monthly in advance, or you can pay up front for the whole year.

Part Year Lease: Part year leases cannot be issued until the second week of semester, or during the summer break, because they are only applicable to rooms that may be available due to cancellations or vacancies. Part year leases cover periods up to 26 weeks. GST applies to periods of less than 28 days.
